These Terms and Conditions govern your subscription with B. SWEET Med Spa Subscription Service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Subscription Service

The B. SWEET Med Spa Subscription Service is a monthly subscription service that offers subscribers discounts on med spa services. Subscribers are billed on a monthly basis, starting on the date the subscriber signs up for the plan.

2. Discounts

Subscribers receive discounts that are valid for 30 days after each billing date. There is no limit on the quantity of services that can be booked within the subscription month. Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts and are non-transferable.

3. Cancellation Policy

Subscribers can cancel at any time. Cancellations mid-period are not prorated. Normal booking and cancellation rates apply. The subscription is non-refundable, regardless of usage.

4. User Conduct

Subscribers are expected to conduct themselves with respect and courtesy when interacting with B. SWEET staff and other subscribers. Any form of harassment, abuse, or violation of our conduct policy will not be tolerated, and B. SWEET reserves the right to terminate the subscription of any subscriber found violating this clause without any refund or notice.

5. Termination Rights

B. SWEET reserves the right to terminate the subscription of any subscriber at its sole discretion, with or without notice, particularly in cases where the subscriber has breached any terms of this agreement, engaged in inappropriate conduct, or has provided false or misleading information during the subscription process. Subscribers also have the right to terminate their subscription at any time. Cancellation of the subscription by either party does not entitle the subscriber to a refund of any fees paid in advance, and the termination is effective immediately, unless otherwise specified by B. SWEET.

6. Limitation on Liability

B. SWEET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this subscription service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which B. SWEET operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Amendments

B. SWEET reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any amendments in a timely manner.
